Yesterday after school, TinyBaker and I went to the +San Diego Zoo . While we were there, we saw some delicious chili cheese nachos for sale, and decided to have them for dinner. But, instead of buying them, we would buy our own ingredients at the store and make them at home.

How to make The Best Nachos TinyBaker Style
Recipe below..
INGREDIENTS:
Amy's Black Bean Chili {in a can}
Tostitos Mini Rounds Chips {bagged}
Tostitos Cheese Dip {in a jar}
Shredded Cheese{bagged}
Shredded Lettuce {bagged}
Sour Cream {in a refrigerated container}
Optional:
Sliced Black Olives {in a can}
Chopped Grilled Chicken
Salsa {in a jar}
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the chili. Heat the cheese. Layer chips on a plate. Scoop chili and pour on top of chips. Drizzle cheese on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese {TWICE THE CHEESY GOODNESS!}. Add shredded lettuce. Scoop and dollop sour cream. Then you have the option to add olives, chicken, and/or salsa. You can make these for Meatless Monday, or add tons of meat; your choice.
You can choose your desired heat level for the chili, cheese, and salsa. If you like things mild, choose mild. If you like it hot and saucy, choose spicy. See how easy it is to customize your dish?
These are the easiest, most delicious nachos ever! The crunch of the fresh, crisp lettuce is a surprising welcome to the chili cheesiness.
