Day 3: Advent Calendar {grow-a-snowman and a mini pack of sixlets candies}

Christmas Movie: Jack Frost {cartoon}

Today was pretty fun.. I woke up ready to have a great adventure with TinyBaker.  We started the morning off with opening box no.3 of her Advent Calendar {see first post}, which included a mini pack of sixlets chocolate candy and a teeny tiny note that read "package".  Her first package!  She reached her hand in and picked one.  It was a "grow-a-snowman".

Ok, so it was a little plastic dish, 3 cardboard pieces that fit together like a round snowman, and a package of solution that you pour in the bottom of the dish, let it sit for hours, and eventually it "grows" some kind of furry stuff all over the edges of the cardboard snowman.  If and when you touch it, because curiosity will get the better of you, it kind of disappears and dissolves.  Not sure if it's powder, or what, but it's pretty neat.  I had my reservations and was skeptical it would work.  Cynic.  Alas, good ol' frosty came through.  Well played, ol' chap.

Then we headed to get some breakfast, Starbucks, stopped by to visit some friends at work, and then Target.  From there we headed home..
